YOUR COMMISSION IN 4 EASY STEPS
1. You provide a clear, well-lit photo that captures your cat’s distinct features. Ensure the eyes and nose are perfectly sharp and that your cat’s ears, whiskers and neck are fully in the frame.
2. I use your photo as a reference to create your cat’s portrait by drawing hundreds of colourful, mosaic-like triangles. The result will be a vibrant and striking artwork.
3. For the final stage, we decide the best complementary, solid-colour background to make your cat’s image pop.
4. You’ll receive a High-Quality Artwork, either a Giclée Fine Art print, or the Acrylic Glass option, depending on your choice.
Plus the Digital File: a high-resolution file to keep for unlimited use for gifts, keepsakes, etc.

Some information for taking suitable photos.
The quality of the photos will have a huge impact on the final result of your cat’s portrait.
As well as being in focus, it’s important that your cat is featured large within the image. Ideally your cat is looking toward the camera to show important features like the eyes, nose and whiskers. The clearer the photo is, the more details I am able to include in my drawing. As it's unlikely that I have met your cat, I need to be able to see the eyes clearly as they really show off their individual personality.
If you take a photograph of your cat indoors this should be in a bright, well-lit room. The best possible lighting may be outdoors on a bright overcast day so the lighting is more even, although strong sunlight may make your cat squint and not show their true colours.
Cats can sometimes be difficult to photograph but, as this will be a head study portrait, it can be easier if you get someone to hold the cat, making sure they don’t have their hands near the cat"s neck.
Cameras on the latest iPhones/smart phones are excellent for taking photos of your cats.
